According to the main performance and use of the hardware, the hardware can be roughly divided into the following categories

1), suspension hardware, also known as support hardware or suspension clamp. This kind of hardware is mainly used to hang the wire insulation substring (mostly used for linear poles) and hang the jumper on the insulator string.

2), anchoring fixtures, also known as fastening fixtures or wire clamp. Anchor fixtures bear all the tension of wires and lightning arresters, and some anchor fixtures become electrical conductors

3), connecting hardware, also known as hanging parts. This kind of fittings is used for connecting insulator strings and fittings to fittings. It bears mechanical loads.
4), continuation of gold tools. This kind of hardware is specially used for connecting various bare wires and lightning arrester wires. The connection bears the same electrical load as the wire, and most of the connection fittings bear all the tension of the wire or lightning rod.

 

5), protective equipment. This kind of equipment is used to protect wire, insulator, etc., such as the pressure balancing ring for protecting insulator, the heavy hammer for preventing the pulling of insulator string, and the anti-vibration hammer and wire protection bar for preventing the vibration of wire

6), contact with hardware. This kind of hardware is used for hard bus, soft bus and electrical equipment to be connected to the wire terminal, the T connection of the wire and the parallel connection of the non-bearing wire, etc. These connections are electrical contacts. Therefore, high electrical conductivity and contact stability of contact fixtures are required.

7), fixed fixtures, also known as power plant fixtures or high current bus fixtures. This kind of fixture is used for fixing and connecting various hard or soft busbars and pillar insulators in power distribution devices. Most of the fixed fixture is not used as a conductor, but only plays the role of fixing, supporting and suspending. However, since these fittings are used for high current, all components should have no hysteresis loss.

First, Material selection and screening.

2. Strict screening and inspection of the selected metal raw materials to exclude unqualified materials and ensure reliable quality.
 

Second, processing and forming.

1. Develop the processing plan and process flow of the hardware, select the appropriate machine and equipment for cutting, stamping, bending and other processing operations, and accurately control the size, Angle, pressure and other parameters.

2. According to the requirements of different types of goldware products, the corresponding molding process is used, including rolling, casting, forging, welding, etc., to ensure that the product structure is tight and not easy to deformation.

Third, surface treatment.

1. Surface treatment of the formed fittings, including rust removal, grinding and other processes, to achieve the requirements of finish and anti-corrosion effect.

2. Select appropriate surface treatment methods, such as galvanizing, spraying, electrophoresis, etc., to enhance the corrosion resistance and beauty of the surface of the hardware.
 

Fourth. Assembly and inspection

1. According to the product design requirements and process flow, the assembly and combination of fittings are carried out, and the connection and functional performance of each part are strictly checked to ensure that the fittings have a reliable working state.

2. Inspect the finished products, including appearance inspection, pressure performance test, mechanical performance test, etc., to ensure that the products meet the requirements, and make the unqualified products be recycled, repaired or eliminated.
