[ Product Description ]
The powder coating line is an ideal choice for continuous mass production of aluminum profiles, including auto powder coating booth, cyclone recovery system, auto oven, auto powder coating equipment, reciprocator, auto conveyor system. A continuous conveyor circle system saves manpower that ensures productivity. In addition, we have taken into account two booths when considering the selection of different spray colors.
The assembly powder coating line is suitable for 2-8m long aluminum profiles/pipes.

There are 3 different material for the booth - Galvanized sheet, SS201 minor stainless steel, Plastic material.
1. This tunnel powder coating booth has 2 working station on each side, which is convenient to observe the spraying of aluminum profiles or pipes on both sides and supplement them in time
2. It has slots with 3-6 auto guns on both sides at the same time, meet the spraying requirements of different daily output

The automatic powder coating machine is usually used with the reciprocator. By sweeping and spraying up and down, the workpiece is evenly sprayed, which is suitable for a large number of large-scale spraying and can maximize the daily output. Suitable for epoxy powder, metallic powder, PTFE powder, etc.
The automatic powder spraying machine has two different types of control cabinets - centralized control cabinet and PLC control cabinet. Select according to different automation requirements.
All Galin auto powder coating machines can use with line, such as, GalinFlex-2A, PHIRST, K1, PGC1, OPT02, TCL-3, etc.
------------ POWDER COATING OVEN ------------
The heating methods of the oven are generally divided into three types: electricity, gas and LGP. In combination with the spray and suspension characteristics of aluminum profiles, we usually recommend Gas Oven.
According to different site conditions and temperature requirements, we will design frame type pass-through oven and frame type bridge oven. An insulation layer of no less than 10cm is installed between the walls of the oven, supplemented by a stable transmission system, Italy burner, and an intelligent PLC temperature control system, so that the temperature inside the entire oven is uniform and the baking effect is remarkable.
