Character:
This product is a light yellow or light yellow clear liquid.

Indications:
Acid suppressant. Mainly used for:
1. Peptic ulcer hemorrhage, diffuse gastric mucosal lesion hemorrhage, anastomotic ulcer hemorrhage, preventive rebleeding after gastric operation, etc.
2. Acute gastric mucosal injury was complicated by stress, and acute gastric mucosal injury was induced by aspirin. It is also commonly used to prevent severe diseases (such as cerebral hemorrhage, severe trauma, etc.) in the stress state of stress ulcer hemorrhage;
3. Prevention of acid reflux combined with aspiration pneumonia in patients after general anesthesia or major surgery and in debilitating comas.

Adverse reactions:
1. Common symptoms include nausea, rash, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, headache, vertigo, etc., which are generally mild and can be relieved with continued medication.
2. After intravenous injection, some patients developed facial heat, stomach tingling, etc., which disappeared after more than 10 minutes. There may be itching and redness in the area of intravenous injection, which can disappear after l hour;
3. Bradycardia was occasionally observed after intravenous injection;
4. Compared with cimetidine, the adverse effects on renal function, gonadal function and central nervous system were less severe.
5. A few patients caused leukopenia or thrombocytopenia after taking the drug, and the symptoms disappeared spontaneously after stopping the drug;
6. This product can cause mild liver function injury, ALT reversible elevation, symptoms disappear after withdrawal, liver function also returned to normal. It may be an allergic reaction to the drug, unrelated to the dosage of the drug.

Pharmacological action:
1. This product can reduce liver blood flow, and when used with some drugs that are greatly affected by liver metabolism and liver blood flow, such as warfarin, lidocaine, cyclosporine, diazepam, propranolol (propranolol), etc., it can increase the blood concentration of these drugs, prolong the action time and intensity, and may increase the toxicity of some drugs, which is worthy of attention.
2. It is safer than cimetidine when used with anticoagulants or antiepileptics.
3. In combination with warfarin, prothrombin time can be reduced or increased.
