Material Characteristics of PC/PP/PE

Polycarbonates(PC), some grades are optically transparent. Easily worked, molded and thermoformed. Temperature resistance, impact resistance and optical properties. 

Polypropylene(PP) is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications. With good chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, high strength mechnical properties and good wear resistance processing performance. 

Polyethylene (PE) has a high ductility and impact strength as well as low friction.  


 

PC Hollow
Used for general office, hall, shopping malls, sports venues, the daylighting of the public facilities, railway stations, parking lot, a pavilion, the canopy of corridor lounge, daylighting, agricultural cultivation, vegetable greenhouses, public facilities swimming pool awning, family health home shower room, highway and city highway noise barriers, etc.

PP/PE Hollow
Are good environmental performance and secondary processing performance, can be processed into turnover box, packing boxes, etc. Instead of cartons for packing, light weight, high strength, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, etc.

3. How you can make sure the after service?
First, the extrusion machine from Champion Machinery is intelligent extrusion machine, equipped with the net transmission technology. We can check your problem by remote control. 

Second, we will test the machine before shipping to make sure the equipment is running stable. We will send engineer to your factory for the equipment installation and training. 

Third, we have the after service group for each customer. The customer can find us at any time.

4. What's the delivery time?
