Our equipment requires daily maintenance to ensure reliable performance. Check air pressure, oil pressure, and fasteners daily. Regularly lubricate moving parts and keep the equipment clean inside and out. Ensure no oil stains, leaks, or dirt affect operation and product quality.

The equipment is designed for 8-10 hours of daily use. For longer operation, strengthen inspections and maintenance of wearing parts and motors to maintain stability.

Service and Others

1. Product quality warranty is one year, excluding wearing parts. Refer to the "List of Wearing Parts" in the manual for details.


2. Timely delivery to customer's location with freight covered by the supplier.


3. Buyer provides commissioning materials with expenses borne by the buyer.


4. Product includes one manual and set of molds. Additional molds incur separate costs.


5. Buyer must provide power voltage, compressed air source, and grounding devices meeting electrical specifications.


6. Purchaser is responsible for purchasing circulating cooling water, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, and cooling oil.
