LBJ2500C Insulating Glass Automatic Sheet Pressing Inner and Outer Inflatable Production Line
1. This machine adopts the world's leading German working technology.
2. The entire production line adopts German Siemens technology (program controller, servo motor and driver, frequency converter, low-voltage electrical appliances) plus Taiwan Weilun advanced touch screen and Korean Autonics sensor.
3. The whole machine is driven by eight frequency conversion speed regulators and three servo drives. The special frequency conversion speed regulation motor and servo motor work to make the machine work smoothly, and each section is reasonably transported and efficient production.
4. It can produce two-layer, three-layer, large and small pieces of hollow glass for curtain walls, which can realize online inflation function.
5. The reducer is made of precision cast aluminum, and the turbine is made of cast tin bronze.
6. The bearings used in the cleaning machine are all stainless steel precision bearings, and the others use all-steel high-speed precision bearings, which are flexible and low-noise.
