HKZ-1100W-1400W Automatic Sheet Cutting Machin
Usage:
This machine can cross cut jumbo roll into sheet with desired size. Equipped with auto stacker, it can stack paper sheets in good order which largely improves the efficiency. HKZ is suitable for various papers, adhesive sticker, PVC, paper-plastic coating material, etc. It is the ideal equipment for paper making, plastic, printing and packaging industry.
Features:
1. Main motor adopts frequency convertor to adjust speed, PLC with touch screen, auto counting, auto length setting, auto machine alarm and auto tension control system, etc.
2. Shaftless unwinder, hydraulic lifter for jumbo roll which is suitable for heavy roll.
3. Machine frame adopts thick steel plate structure. Knife holder adopts heavy duty structure. Idle roller adopts static balanced aluminum ally roller.
4. Location traction drive adopts servo motor system.
5. High speed, high precision.
