Full Automatic Liquid PET Bottle Washing Filling Capping Bottling Machine

CGF series water bottling machine combined with rinsing, filling and capping, is automatic, and is used to filling mineral water or purified water into PET bottle from 200ml-2000ml. Glass bottle is also suitable, just need to change the conveyor parts. Different models can satisfy various requirement of output from 2000B/H to 24000B/H.

Filling way using the gravity or micro pressure filling, make the speed faster and more stable, so compared with other models, our machine output is higher and more efficient.

(1) Mineral Water / Pure Water Bottling Machine includes: Washing-filling-capping 3 in 1 machine, lamp inspection, label shrinking machine, inkjet printer, hot shrink film packer and conveyors. It is a full automatic production line.

(2)Mineral Water / Pure Water Bottling Machine used in the beverage filling operations. The three functions of bottle wash, fill and seal are composed in one body of the machine. The whole process is automatic.
