1. Overall wall panel structure, plate thickness 50mm.
2. Six steel to steel emboweling rolls, diameter Φ348mm, roll surface circumference of 6; It is made of high alloy steel with special processing and fine grinding. Surface hardness: 60~65.
3. Hydraulic system pressure control, the roller can automatically back down when wrapping paper, to prevent damage to the embossing roller.
4. Equipped with two active curved roll to avoid paper discount.
5. The power part is linked with the folding roller to ensure the accurate position of the plate.
6. With push-pull clutch, easy to change pattern
