Frtlube N20 Hydrophilic High Purity White Fumed Silica Powder

Product Description

This product is a type of artificially synthesized hydrophilic amorphous silica N20, which is prepared by flame hydrolysis method to form a high-purity white powder. It is characterized by good anti sedimentation, anti sagging, thickening thixotropy, anti sedimentation, improving dielectric properties, and promoting free flow. It is a kind of free flow additive with excellent effect. Positive and negative systems are added with control agents, including component (catalyst, etc.) carriers, granulating aids, processing aids, anti caking agents, and stabilizers.

Performance

Control the rheological properties of liquid systems, adhesives, polymers, etc;
Used as an auxiliary agent for preventing sedimentation, thickening, and sagging;
HCR high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and RTV-2K two-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber reinforcement;
Improve the properties of the powder, enhance flowability and anti caking properties

Application

Unsaturated polyester: laminated resin, gel coating, grouting mixture, polar resin (epoxy, vinyl resin series);
PVC: plasticizers, organic sols, plastic PVC compounds, cable materials, dry mixtures, films and sheets, etc;
Printing ink: letterpress, intaglio, screen, flexography, Hectograph ink;
Paint coatings: epoxy resin and polyurethane coatings, alkyd resin coatings, acrylic resin coatings, zinc rich coatings, powders;
Thickener applied to lubricants, sealants, adhesives, insulation adhesives, etc.
