Anhydrous Na5P3O10 is capable of absorbing humidity with its aqueous solution being alkalinity and will be hydrolyzed to ortho-phosphates; It can have emulsification, suspension and dispersion of mud and oil; it has strong buffering effects with PH value between 4.3-14.
