Flow Agent M99 for Powder Coating

1.Product Introduction:
Leveling agent M99 is a polyacrylate with silica carrier. It's developed especially to correct surface imperfection, such as craters, pinhole and eye-fishes, and then gives a very good flow.

Application:
It can be applied in epoxy, hybrid, polyester, polyurethane and acrylic powder coatings. It can eliminate the orange peel and craters of film effectively. As a free flow powder, it's easily incorporated into powder coating formulation by the standard dry blended operation and homogenized with resin and other components to form a uniform system. The dosage in formulation is about 0.5~1.2%wt, based on total coating. The precise amount should be tried in the Lab.

N.W. 25kg/bag, with polyethylene-lined hard paper bags

Store under cool places and keep away from fire.
