The deck floor panels forming by this machine is used for building surface panels, it has many advantages, such as high wave, high strongness, hign automation and low cost.
The panel formed by this machine is good profile design, height wave, high strongness. When make the installation, put it with the welding reinforced network and concrete scene watering combination, good adhesion. This machine products used in high building contruction, it can save the steel panels and the floor loading weight in the same loading weight condition then save the inverstment cost
This machine is composed of uncoiler, feed leading table, main forming machine, punching system, cutting device, hydraulic station and computer control system.
Optional system are normal uncoiler and hydraulic uncoiler.
