The L16 dual-chuck laser tube cutting machine, customized by Suzhou Quick Laser Technology Co., Ltd., is designed for cutting thin tubes with diameters ranging from φ10 to φ160. It features:

  1. Dual-chuck structure

    • Shorter tail cutting

    • 3 contour wheels for support

    • Pneumatic control of lifting

  2. Capable of clamping tubes with a minimum wall thickness of 0.5 mm

    The chuck accuracy adjustment is simple, and the rear chuck jaws can be controlled independently to meet different tube size requirements.

  3. Quick 5.0T CNC system

    • Developed based on Windows platform

    • Equipped with Wi-Fi remote monitoring system

    • Real-time display of cutting status and current position

    • Rich cutting process parameter library

    • Multiple cutting auxiliary gases and perforation method
