4. Features of the chemical protection suit
4.1 Acid and alkali-proof, flame retardant;
4.2 Overpressure exhaust valve performance;
4.3 Gas tightness ≥15s, Ventilation resistance: 78-118Pa;
4.4 Acid resistance: Soaked in 80% H2SO4, 60% HNO3, 30%HCL for 1 hour, no penetration;
4.5 Alkali resistance: Soaked in 6.1mol/L. NAOH for 1 hour, no penetration;
4.6 Combustion resistance: Damaged length ≤10cm, Continued burning time ≤5S;
4.7 Time combustion of no-fire ≤10S, No drop phenomenon;
4.8 Sole electrical insulation: ≥5000V;
4.9 Breaking strength: ≥400N;
4.10 Tearing strength: ≥32N;
4.11 Gasoline resistance: Soaked in 120# gasoline 30s, no crack, no sticky;
4.12 Heat aging properties: 125oC*5 min, not sticky, not brittle ;
4.13 Low Temperature resistance: -15oC * 5min (can be 180 degree foled)
