our wall covering is made of PVC. The surface is Fabric layer( 70%PVC and 30% PES) and backing is PVC material or Non woven material.
Fabric layer are the special products produced by pvc coated yarn, which adopt the yarn with special cladding structure: PET yarn with PVC coated. The core of the yarn is the high strength polyester industrial filament, After the coating of PVC, the polyester yarn changes into the compound yarn which is smooth in the surface, oil and water proof, innocuous and cool. Then the compound yarn are woven by the shuttle less loom and become woven fabric which get the advantages of bright color and non-fading, high tensile strength, oil and water proof, anti-UV, anti-aging, anti-abrasion, rot and chemical resistance, innocuous, smooth and cool in the surface, long service life and so on.
PVC Backing. It takes PVC as the main raw material and made of a special fusing process-Hot melting, ECO BEAUTY has the only one equipment for hot melting technology in China. The hot melting equipment and technology development by ECO BEAUTY. there is no any other factory produce same backing like ours.PVC Backing has better moisture-proof and mildew proof.
Non woven material Backing: Non woven backing has lighter weight and lower price than PVC backing.
1.Q: Where is your factory?
A: Our factory is located in xiaofeng Town, Anji County, Zhejiang Province,China. in the north west of Zhejiang, and is very near to both Shanghai and Hangzhou. It's 60 kilometers from Anji to Hangzhou, and 90 kilometers to Hangzhou International air port, and 230 kilometers to Shanghai.1. We have 30 wire drawing machines, 35 Weaving machines and 2 hot-melting production lines. From wire drawing, weaving to fusing backing, are all under our own production, with monthly output of 90000 square meters.
2. With self-developed hot-melt integrated bottoming production line, the bottom and surface are not glued, not less risk of delaminating, more environmental friendly.
3.We are always follow the over sea's brands like BOLON, DICKSON,2TEC2,CHILEWICH etc. and continuous innovate and improve of production technology. According to the different types of fabrics, there are five series of products: Delux series, Classic series, Elegant series, Fantasy series, and Silk road series.
4.According to the product characteristics and requirements, we have developed different types of backings. There are hard PVC backing for wall to wall flooring rolls , comfort backing for tiles, PVC thin backing and non woven backing for wallpaper, and PVC foaming backing for area rugs. We have developed 12-20mm thick high foam backing for anti fatigue mat in 2019.
5. We have four modernized standard factory buildings, a construction area of nearly 30000 square meters and have enough production and storage space to ensure the quality and quantity of products.
