Q: Can you put it in to prevent scratches and damage when shipping? Or can I attach a film to each carrier?
A: My friends, Normally the package is with foam to protect the luggage corners and wheels.
Q: Are the locks of all luggage TSA approved?
A: Sorry, my friend. Most of our locks are regular password locks. If you need a TSA lock, it needs to be customized.
Q: How much weight can a suitcase hold?
20inch can hold about 20kg
22inch can hold about 25kg
24inch can hold about 30kg
26inch can hold about 35kg
28inch can hold about 40kg
Q: What is ABS and PC?
A: ABS is a plastic resin,PC material is polycarbonate material, which is a strong thermoplastic resin. It has the characteristics of colorless and transparent, heat resistance, impact resistance, flame retardant, high refractive index and good processing performance.
Q:Do you have a pure ABS suitcase?
A: Most of our suitcases are made of ABS+PC. In fact, luggage made of pure ABS material will be softer. But if you want, we can make luggage made of pure ABS material for you.
Q:What is the process of making luggage?
A: We has a very mature production process of luggage. Such as: design, sewing process, screen printing, heat transfer printing high lathe/flat lathe, packaging, moulding, etc.
Q: Could you tell me the process of customizing?
A: We will make renderings when you send us the logo,and then we will determine the renderings so we can make the customization.
