Product Description
Steel tempered glass is obtained by cutting ordinary annealed glass into the required size, heating it to around 700 degrees near the softening point, and then rapidly and evenly cooling it. Tempered glass is actually a type of pre-stressed glass, chemical or physical methods are usually used to form compressive stress on the surface of the glass. The glass bears external forces, first offsettting the surface stress, thereby improving its load-bearing capacity, enhancing its own resistance to wind ressure,heat and cold,and impact.
