Application:
DL-Tartaric acid is widely used in food, medicine, chemical, light industry and other industries. For example, as a beer foaming agent, food sourness agent, correcting agent, used in refreshing drinks, candy, juice, sauce, cold dishes, fermented Chemicalbook powder, its acidity is 1.3 times that of citric acid, especially suitable for grape juice sourness agent. In tanning, photography, glass, enamel, telecommunications equipment and other industries also have a very important role.
DL-Tartaric acid is used for the manufacture of tartrate, used as a pH stabilizer in electroplating and printing, used as a sour agent in the food industry, mainly used as a complexing agent in industry, and can also be used in medicine
