Easy to clean equipment and materials: This equipment uses a four-bar linkage and high-pressure nozzle to continuously clean the filter bag of the equipment. First, it is connected with high-pressure cleaning water and sprayed evenly on the filter bag through the high-pressure nozzle, and then the four is driven by the motor. The linkage mechanism causes the nozzle to move back and forth on the filter bag to achieve continuous system cleaning of the filter bag without dead ends. Stepless setting of pressing force: The basic working principle of this device is to achieve a predetermined pressure by tightening the airbag by high-pressure air. The high-pressure air is transmitted to the airbag cylinder through the pressure regulating valve to achieve the tightening of the tensioner. Because the pressure of our input air source can be displayed on the pressure gauge, we can adjust the pressure regulating valve according to the different squeezed materials to achieve different squeezing effects and realize its infinite setting of the squeezing force.
