Use, maintenance and precautions of vibrating rod
1. Before use, please check that the vibrator is in good contact with the power supply and ensure the correct wiring. Only after selecting the correct running direction according to the signs, can the vibrator be connected.
2. If the vibrating rod does not vibrate after power-on, generally the tip of the vibrating rod can be knocked to the ground. After the vibrating rod emits a steady and powerful sound, the vibrating operation can be carried out.
3. When the vibrator is working, the vibrating rod should be inserted into the concrete vertically or obliquely, and the vibrating rod should move up and down during the ramming process.
4. In the case of component or building layered pouring, when vibrating the next layer, the vibrating rod should be inserted into the vibrated layer to eliminate the interlayer joints and obtain the overall pouring effect.
5. After the vibrator has been working continuously for half an hour, it should be stopped for a period of time to prevent the machine from overheating and even damage the parts.
6. In order to protect the service life of flexible shafts and hoses, the bending radius of the hose should be greater than 500mm during use.
7. After every 50-100 hours of use of the vibrating rod, all parts in the rod should be disassembled and cleaned. When disassembling, you can first unscrew the tip and hose connector (both are left-threaded), then use a wooden hammer to hit the roller cone at the tip of the rod, take out the roller cone, bearing, oil seal, etc., and then remove the hose connector ( Right thread).
8. After cleaning, replace the damaged parts and reinstall. Except for bearings, all parts must be thoroughly cleaned of grease. The cone surface of the roller, the cone surface of the raceway and the inside of the casing should be absolutely oil-free and dry.
9. The threaded connection of the installed vibrating rod must be tightened. If necessary, add waterproof glue or raw tape to prevent water and mortar from penetrating into the rod, causing the vibrating rod to not vibrate or vibrate weakly.
10. During the use of the vibrating rod, if it is found that the vibration is weak or not vibrating, the vibrating rod can be disassembled, and the damaged oil seals and bearings in the rod can be inspected and replaced, and the tapered surface of the casing, raceway and roller can be cleaned , It can be reassembled.
