The material of this product is made of cold-rolled plate. The main process is precision CNC stamping, CNC bending machine, laser cutting, welding, product surface treatment. |

Material: Available in iron plate between 0.8mm-2.0mm. Process: According to the requirements of CAD drawings, use laser cutting machine to cut into rectangles, then use carbon dioxide argon arc welding, welding forming. |

Quality inspection requirements: 1.Confirm the first sample size with the CAD drawing, and then continue working after confirming the first sample. 2. Hole distance is within + -10c; angle (within + -50c), length and width (within + -20c); 3. The components are assembled seamlessly, straight, and the holes match. |
