Applications and Main Features:

HSN600T810W textile machinery for cotton cleaning is one kind of textile recycling line that is engraved with high quality, efficiency and low power consumption.
This machine is suitable for banyan waste cotton, poly fabric waste and yarn waste.
Its output product has better spin value for spinning yarn above 10s counts.
This machine has one 1.0m HSN600T dual doffers opener and eight 1.3m HSN810W Cleaners for thread less cotton fiber.
Output is 180 to 220kg per hour
Staple length of fiber is 14 to 22mm.

Specification:

Input feeding material manual by conveyer of opener, then after auto continuous recycling/opening, the unopened waste which are dropped in bottom of the machinery will be carried by bamboo conveyer and that unopened material will return the feeding and recycling again. Auto continuous cycling with opening is carried out till the waste convert into fibers.
In HSN600T810W, there are total nine opening points. First is dual doffers opener with 600mm iron doffer mounted thick wire 10010*110216 and 250mm doffer mounted wire 5610*56119, after that 8 cleaning point of 250mm with fine metallic card clothing for thread less fibers.
