Product Description

1, Overview
1.1. DWT-I axial flow roof fan, with blades similar to ZD axial flow fan, adopts a wide blade large chord space twisted and inclined blade shape, which can achieve the required air volume and pressure during low speed operation, thereby reducing fan noise.
1.2. Fans are divided into 17 machine numbers based on impeller diameter of 300-2400mm, with a series air volume of 1500-22000m3/h and a total pressure of 60-320Pa. Fan blades with machine numbers greater than or equal to 12 can be made into adjustable blade angles to meet the needs of different working conditions and achieve energy conservation and noise reduction.
1.3. Fans can be made into explosion-proof types according to different environmental needs, suitable for non corrosive places containing flammable and explosive gases, and anti-corrosion types can be suitable for environments containing corrosive gases.
1.4. To meet the performance adjustment needs of different working conditions, a dual speed motor can be used to achieve two speed regulation, or a variable frequency motor and controller can be used to achieve stepless speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the frequency between 25Hz and 50Hz.
1.5. The fan can be equipped with manual or electric control valves, self hanging louvers, etc. according to user needs.
2, Working conditions
Working temperature: -20~+40 ºC;
Humidity: less than 90%;
Medium conditions:
Conventional type: Non corrosive, non flammable, and explosive gas (with a dust content not exceeding 100mg/m3).
Explosion proof type: Non corrosive containing flammable and explosive gases (dust content not exceeding 100mg/m3).
Anticorrosive type: corrosive gas (without any dust).
Working power supply: three-phase, 380V/50Hz.
3, Application
Suitable for ventilation and exchange in warehouses, industrial and mining factories, power stations, stations, sports venues, and other medium to low pressure and high flow places.
4, Configuration
4.1. The axial flow roof fan has a diameter of 300-2400mm and is available in seventeen machine numbers. The centrifugal roof fan has nine machine numbers ranging from 300-1000mm. Other fan numbers can also be provided according to user needs;
4.2. The structure of various models of fans can be seen in the general assembly drawing, which is composed of components such as impeller, air duct, hood, transmission components, loose leaf damper, bird proof net, safety net, etc; (The above configuration is made according to user requirements)
4.3. Fan transmission form: DWT-1 fan with a diameter less than 2200mm adopts direct motor transmission, and fans above 2200mm adopt belt transmission. According to customer requirements, reducer transmission can also be used. There are three types of leaf flaps: gravity type, electric type, and manual type.
4.4. Roof wind has a wide range of applications and a large quantity, and the structural forms are complex according to the needs of the use. Our factory can develop and improve the external structure according to different technical requirements of users.
5, Processing technology
5.1. Fan impeller: The cross is made of steel through stamping and hydraulic forming, and the blades are made of aluminum alloy after stamping and hydraulic forming. The blades are riveted and assembled with the cross. The impeller has been calibrated for static and dynamic balance, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level.
5.2. The outer cylinder flange is made by integral flanging and spinning, and the hood is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic in one molding.
5.3. The explosion-proof and anti-corrosion fan casing is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic in one molding process.
