FRP manhole cover are constructed from thermostet material so that they can last longer. When production, the cross-linked polyesters will be used in the product, which can combine with fiberglass reinforced material to withstand wear-and-tear from heavy load vehicular traffic. The weight of frp manhole cover is 40% lighter than traditional precast concrete and cast iron covers, but the compressive strength is 5 times than them. This extremely tough material can bear constant exposure to extreme weather without sacrificing aesthetics or security. Comparing with the traditional ductile cast iron, FRP manhole cover owns very similar or even better performance at testing load rating. FRP manhole cover is able to meet and exceed A15/B125/C250/D400/E600/F900 loading rating according to En124: 1994. Meanwhile, FRP manhole cover well solves the theft and potential problems caused by thieves, as FRP is zero cycle value. Other significant advantages are also remarkable: light-weighted, durable service life, anti-corrosion, anti-slip. UV-proof and water tight, free design.

1. Anti-theft: FRP manhole cover is non-metallic, non-conductive and non-sparking. It has no value of recycling, thus completely solving the problems caused by theft.
2. High load capacity: Its main components are fiberglass and unsaturated resin, existing moulds load capacity are A15, B125, C250, D400, E600, F900.
3. Free design: Such as color, logo, panel, load and dimension can be designed according to the requirements of customer.
4. Long lifespan: Minimum lifespan of 30 maintenance free years.
5. Well sealed: It can be used hermetically, and effectively prevent those poisonous gases leaking out from cesspool. Well sealed, no noise pollution or rebound.
6. Good wear and corrosion resisstance: It will never rust because it has good wear and corrosion resistance.
7. High and low temperature resistance: Excellent insulator against heat(from-40ºC~200ºC)
8. Light weight and low price: The weight of composite manhole cover especially SMC manhole cover is lighter. The composite manhole cover is more convenient to transport, install and repair.

B125: Footways, pedestrian aeras and comparable aeras, car parks or car parking decks.
C250: For gully tops installed in the aera of kerbside channel of roads which when measured from the kerb edge, extend a maximum of 0.5m into the carriageway and a maximum of 0.2m into the footway.
D400: Carriageways of roads(including pedestrian streets), hard shoulders and parking aeras, for all types of road vehicles.
E600: Aeras imposing high wheel loads, eg. docks, aircraft pavements.
F900: Aeras imposing particularly high wheel loads, eg. aircraft pavements.

Q:How can you deal with quality issues that customer feedback after receiving the goods? 
A:1) Customers take photos of unqualified goods and then our sales staff will send them to Engineering Department to verify. 
2) If the issue is confirmed, our sales staff will explain the root cause and take corrective actions in coming orders.
3) Finally, we will negotiate with our customers to make some compensation.
