principle:
a. Install the pneumatic intake valve and exhaust valve on the electrothermal diagram.
b. Manually open the valve when cooling is needed, so that rapid cooling can be achieved. The air supply adopts the trachea provided by the plastic machine itself.
2. "Intelligent temperature control device" replaces the electric heating system with fan cooling device. You can directly use Hongxing's energy-saving electric heating coil with "intelligent temperature control device", which achieves precise temperature control (temperature control accuracy of up to ±1°C) and saves energy consumption.
Principle: 1. Install the Qigong air inlet valve and exhaust valve on the electric heating coil.
2. The solenoid valve intelligently controls the opening and closing of the valve.
3. The solenoid valve is controlled by the alarm output of the PID thermostat, and the air supply is provided by the air pipe of the plastic machine itself.
