Audited Supplier Embossed prepainted PPGL PPGI steel coil for building material.Color coated steel plate is cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as the base plate, after surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion treatment), in a continuous method of coating (roller coating method), after baking and cooling products. The coated steel plate has light weight, beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed, it provides a new raw material for the construction industry, shipbuilding industry, vehicle manufacturing industry, household appliances industry, electrical industry and so on. It has played a good effect of replacing wood with steel, efficient construction, energy saving and pollution prevention.
We supply all RAL colors and special patterns can be made, such as wood grain, flower print, camouflage, and brick. We manufacture thickness is 0.1-2.0 mm, width is 600-1250 mm, color painting includes PE, SMP, and PVDF to meet customer needs. We offer commercial steel (CS Types A, B, and C) and structural steel (SS). We use Polyester, Silicone Modified Polyester, Polyvinylidene Difluoride paints for customers to choose from.
