Cold Feed Extruder Machine can be used for the shaping extrusion of various kinds of rubber products, rubber products, rubber wrap up for the out layer of the wire and electric cable and it also can be an equipment to feed compound to the hot open mill and to do the rubber filter extrusion as well

The feature of the equipment is that the fed rubber is not necessary to be hot milled. Pin-barrel type cold feeding rubber extruder is suitable for processing natural rubber and various kings of synthetic rubbers.

Cold Feed Extruder Machine Feature:
1: The material of the screw is made by 38CrMoAlA nitrogen steel with high quality and the surface is nitrogen and its nature is adjusted. The hardness of the surface is HRC60-65 and the depth is 0.5-0.7mm. 

2: The material of bush is made by 38CrMoAlA nitrogen steel with high quality and the surface is nitrogen and its nature is adjusted. The hardness of the surface for the inner hole is HRC60-65 and the depth is 0.5-0.7mm.

3: The motor of the equipment is direck current motor with stepless speed regulation. The decelerator is a gear decelerator with cylinder gears of two grades hardness. The precision of transmission is 6 steps.
