Q: What is your delivery time?
A: The delivery time is within 15 working days.

Q: What is the payment term?
A: Normally we accept 30% deposit by TT for production, 70% balance by TT before shipping.

Q: What color can I choose?
A: We can customize the color according to your color number.

Q: Can I see the production progress after order?
A: Yes, during production, we can make video call and we could take photos/videos for your reference.

Q: What kind of service can I get from you if I buy? How can I get parts?
A: We have 1 year warranty for each machine.Within 1 year warranty, if any parts failure caused by quality issues, the new parts would be sent to you free of charge within 5 working days. We have professional after sales department to support for you at any time.
