1. Main structure
The main frame adopts 8MF type open section steel. The two sides of the section steel have installation holes of φ9.2mm with modulus of 20mm and 100mm respectively. The internal installation is flexible and convenient. The main frame assembly is designed into two types, fully assembled structure and partial (side frame and beam) welded structure for users to choose. The functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other, and the compartments are divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms and cable rooms. The role of each chamber is relatively independent. The horizontal main busbar adopts the horizontal arrangement behind the cabinet to enhance the resistance of the busbar against electric power. It is a basic measure to make the main circuit of the device have high short-circuit strength. The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for cables to enter and exit up and down.
2. Functional unit
The module height of the drawer is 160mm. It is divided into five size series: ½ unit, 1 unit, 1½ unit, 2 unit and 3 unit. The rated current of the unit loop is 400A and below. The drawer changes only in height dimensions, and its width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. The drawers of the same functional unit have good interchangeability. Each MCC cabinet can install at most 11 one-unit drawers or 22 ½-unit drawers. Drawer inlet and outlet wires adopt different numbers of connectors of the same specification chip structure according to the current size. The transfer between the ½ unit drawer and the cable compartment adopts a back-plate structure ZJ-2 type adaptor. The switch between the unit drawer and the cable compartment adopts the ZJ-1 type adapter of the same size rod type or scallop type structure according to the current classification. The drawer panel has obvious signs of opening, closing, testing, and extraction. The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device.
3.Main electrical components
The selection principle of main electrical components can meet the high performance requirements of the device. Power supply and feeder unit circuit breakers mainly select domestically produced products with excellent performance. Other more advanced performance or imported M series and F series can also be used. The circuit breaker has the characteristics of good performance, compact structure, light weight and strong series. It is easy to maintain and use, and various performance indexes can meet the requirements of this device. The drawer unit (motor control unit, partial feeder unit) circuit breaker has good performance, compact structure, short arcing or no arcing, and a product with high technical and economic indicators, which can meet the requirements of this device. Select Q series for isolation switch and fuse type isolation switch. This series has high reliability, strong breaking capacity, and can realize mechanical interlock. NT series is the main choice for fuses. AC contactor chooses B series and LC1-D series.
4. Device characteristics
Increase the heat capacity of the adapter, and greatly reduce the additional temperature rise caused by the temperature rise of the adapter to the connector, cable head, and spacer plate. The separation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable, and the failure of one unit does not affect the work of other units, so that the failure is limited to a minimum. The horizontal arrangement of the bus bar makes the device have good dynamic and thermal stability and can withstand the impact of 50/105, 80/176kA short-circuit current. The number of circuits in a single MCC cabinet is as many as 22, which fully considers the needs of large single-machine accommodating power plants, petrochemical systems and other industries for automated electric door (machine) groups. The connection between the device and the external cable is completed in the cable compartment, and the cable can go in and out up and down. The zero-sequence current transformer is placed in the cable compartment, making it easy to arrange maintenance. The same power distribution system can limit the short-circuit current through the matching of current-limiting reactors, stabilize the bus voltage at a certain value, and partially reduce the requirements for the short-circuit strength of the components. The drawer unit has a sufficient number of secondary connectors (32 pairs for 1 unit and above, 20 pairs for ½ unit), which can meet the requirements of the computer interface and the automatic control loop for the number of contacts.
The design of the auxiliary circuit diagram conforms to the "Technical Regulations for the Design of Stationary Power for Thermal Power Plants" and other relevant design technical regulations. It is suitable for low-voltage power supply systems in power plants, substations and low-voltage power distribution systems in high-rise buildings of factories and mines. The auxiliary circuit scheme is designed according to the main circuit scheme, which is divided into functional units for power supply line, feeder (PC) and motor feeder (MCC) operation control.
The short-circuit strength of the busbars of the power receiving cabinet, power feed cabinet (PC) and motor control cabinet (MCC) of the device are all up to 80KA (effective value)/176KA (peak value). The PC cabinet is composed of three unit feeders, and the maximum current of each unit feeder is 1600A. The busbar room, functional unit room and cable room of PC cabinet and MCC cabinet are separated from each other. The MCC cabinet can be combined up to 22 ½ function units. It can also be assembled with ½ or more functional units according to the 160mm modulus. The mixed assembly of withdrawable units and fixed partitioned units can be realized as required.
7. MCC General Framework
The frame of the device is assembled by 8MF steel and special connections. The section steel has large cross-sectional area, sufficient rigidity, simple combination principle, simple process principle, strong manufacturability, and good stability
8. Electrical structure of MCC cabinet
The vertical bus bar of the MCC cabinet is L-shaped, with a rated current of 1250A, and a rated short-circuit strength of 80kA (effective value)/176kA (peak value). The L-shaped vertical wire is fixedly clamped in the isolation board, and is connected to the main bus through a dedicated bus transition connector. The L-shaped vertical bus in the isolation board is plugged into the wire plug of the functional unit, and the outgoing wire of the functional unit is plugged into the ZJ-type adapter. The electrical transfer between the functional room and the cable room is realized by the adapter. The cable room can be 240mm or 440mm wide according to the design requirements.
9. Main Bus
The rated current of the main busbar is less than or equal to 6300A. After it is placed in the cabinet, it is fixed on the steel frame with a special busbar clamp. It is easy to install and has good stability. It can withstand the impact of 80kA (effective value)/176kA (peak) short-circuit current. The working current of the device is less than or equal to 2500A, and the main busbar is a single group of double rows horizontally (as shown in the figure). The working current of the device is more than 2500A, and the main bus is arranged in two groups and two rows. The full-length tin or silver plating process is recommended for the primary bus. The electrical connection between the horizontal bus bar and the vertical bus bar adopts a special transition connector, which can reduce the temperature rise of the bus bar transition lap surface.
