1. Tank type:
The tank adopts an elliptical horizontal tank structure, which is divided into three sets of anti wave plates or three independent compartment type large milk collection tank trucks (adjustable according to user needs).
2. Inner gallbladder:
Made of 3.0mm thick food grade AISI 304-2B stainless steel plate. The CNC fully automatic argon arc welding machine is used for welding and shaping, and the rolling and polishing machine is used for polishing. The large plate rolling machine is used for one-time bending into an elliptical cylinder, which is not easy to accumulate dirt.
3. Internal head:
The tank compartment head adopts a 4mm thick 304 2B stainless steel plate butterfly head, which is formed by one-time water pressure blowing and expansion. The appearance is uniform and the forming is beautiful. During vehicle operation, it can effectively alleviate the impact of fresh milk on the tank head, and its impact resistance is much higher than that of flat and conical heads.
4. Partition/wave board:
The 4mm thick 304 2B stainless steel plate is expanded into two butterfly shaped enclosed partitions and two anti wave plates with manholes. All partitions/anti wave plates are installed in a full weld manner inside the inner tank of the tank car and equipped with arc-shaped flushing edges to form a wide angle at the connection with the inner tank for easy cleaning. All welding points inside the tank body are polished with 6 polishing machines according to Australian production process requirements, and the treatment effect meets international food grade requirements. The strength of this butterfly head is much higher than that of a flat head or a wavy plate head.
5. Strengthening tendon
By using professional research and development software to calculate the force area of the tank body during the walking and turning process of the tank truck, stainless steel reinforcement rings are fully welded to the inner liner of the tank body at corresponding proportional intervals to support the entire tank body. Effectively reducing the thickness of the inner liner while ensuring the overall strength of the tank body, and reducing the self weight of the tank truck.
6. Insulation layer
Using imported polyurethane spray foam to cover the entire tank car, and firmly binding it to the outer side of the tank car's inner liner, plus 10mm rubber cotton fire insulation, the organization is uniform and delicate, and the insulation effect is good. Transport liquid food at room temperature with a temperature difference of 30 ºC and a temperature change of no more than 1 ºC within 24 hours.
7. Outer liner: The outer shell is installed by riveting together, making installation and maintenance more convenient, and the weight is greatly reduced, which can load more milk for users.
8. CIP cleaning system: CIP cleaning points are evenly distributed inside the tank truck, all made of SUS304 material. The cleaning spray water can rotate 360 °, allowing the cleaning solution to reach any part of the tank and ensuring sufficient impact force.
9. Milk inlet/outlet: At the rear of the tanker truck, it is composed of a butterfly valve with a diameter of 50mm for the milk inlet/outlet and a 50mm pipe opening, as well as a non threaded nut cover, and ends at the rear of the tanker truck on the inside of the rear milk box.
10. Bidirectional Breathing Valve: An integrated ventilation valve system will be installed together with the milk inlet/outlet to ensure the ventilation performance of the tanker during milk feeding and discharging operations.
11. Anti slip platform: The anti slip platform adopts anti slip pedals formed by stamping and folding stainless steel or alloy aluminum plates, effectively enhancing the anti slip effect and avoiding the failure of anti slip due to freezing in cold weather, making it convenient for operators to walk safely on the top of the tank when washing.
12. Escalator: The escalator is made of SUS304 stainless steel pipe that is bent and welded to the front of the vehicle transport tank for easy access by operators.

After Sales Service
1. Customers can enjoy a maximum warranty period of 12 months or 10,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, from shipment date on Bill of Lading.
2. During this period, if any failure, we will send replacement parts and components to customers by DHL,UPS, FEDEX free. Normal wear or fast consumables are excluded.
3. After this period, the parts can be provided at cost price.
4. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, accident or misuse or damage due to any unauthorized services.
