Overview: The car is a special vehicle suitable for the operation of China's quasi-gauge railway for the transportation of large transformers and other large goods. It is composed of a group of bearing frames, two groups of middle frames, two groups of end small frames, two groups of middle small frames, eight sets of 3E axis welded frame bogies and side bearings, side shift devices, guiding devices, hydraulic devices, braking devices, coupler buffer devices, weighing devices, electrical devices and operation rooms. The bearing frame is mainly composed of a side beam, a core disc guide beam and a connecting strut, and the core disc guide beam adopts two structures: an unloaded guide beam and a heavy-duty guide beam. When heavy-loaded, both sides of the beam are connected with the heavy-duty core disc guide beam, and its width can be adjusted by the struts between the beams on both sides, so as to adapt to the goods of different widths and adjust the gap between the side beams and the goods; When the empty car is returned, the beams on both sides are connected with the guide beams of the no-load core disc to meet the limit requirements of standard gauge rolling stock. It adopts 3E-axis welded frame bogie, 120 type control valve air brake system, NSW hand brake machine, 17 type coupler and MT-2 type buffer.
