Install Method
The ceramic lining is sticked on the steel surface with the expoxy resin glue. The max temperature of the resin can be stand is around 120ºC.
Package
They are regularly and safely put in the paper box. Then they are fixed on the pallet specially used in export transportation. If the quantity is small less than 20 tons, they are loaded in LCL container. If it is more than 20 tons, it is loaded in 20ft container.
Export Scope
The ceramic lining are widely used on mining equipments to stand wear problems. Therefore they are exported to many countries which rich in mining such as South Africa, Australia, Chile, Peru, Mongolia and so on.
Our products are widely exported to these contries not only to mining service company but also some trading companies. Every year the capacity is more than 18000tons and 90% of them are exported.

Application
Ceramic tiles have excellent abrasion and wear resistant qualities and are ideal for use in transfer chutes, piping systems, hoppers, etc with extreme operating conditions involving high drop heights, extreme velocities and severe abrasion. Typical markets include grain, coal-fired power generation, mining, cement, and more. Ceramic tiles are adhered to a substrate with cement, mortar, epoxy, or RTV silicone.
