A: What is the best blade for processing stainless steel?

Because of the large cutting force and high cutting temperature when processing stainless steel parts, the tool material should be selected as far as possible with high strength and good thermal conductivity.
It is recommended to use a tool with good toughness and high hardness, preferably with a high thermal conductivity and high temperature stability. High-speed steel can choose W10Mo4Cr4V3Al or W6Mo5Cr4V2Al, tungsten carbide is best to use YW or YG tungsten cobalt tungsten carbide, ceramic can choose YGN151 and so on.
