1.Product details
Our company manufactures stainless steel bellows fromDN32-DN1200 and stainless steel hose,the materials are SS304, ss321 and SS /316L, with the thickness of 0.2mm-3mm.

2.Introduction

Corrugated pipe refers to a tubular elastic sensitive element connected by foldable corrugated sheets along the folding expansion direction. Bellows is widely used in instruments and meters. It is mainly used as the measuring element of pressure measuring instruments to convert pressure into displacement or force. The corrugated pipe has thin wall and high sensitivity, and the measurement range is tens of MPa to tens of MPa. The open end of the utility model is fixed, the sealing end is in a free state, and an auxiliary coil spring or reed is used to increase the elasticity. When working, it extends along the length of the pipe under the action of internal pressure, causing the movable end to produce a displacement related to the pressure. The movable end drives the pointer to directly indicate the pressure. Bellows are often combined with displacement sensors to form a pressure sensor with electrical output, and sometimes used as an isolation element. Because the expansion of bellows requires large volume change, its response speed is lower than that of Bourdon tube. Bellows are suitable for measuring low pressure.
