SKD11 is a kind of high-carbon high-chromium alloy tool steel,has a high hardness of grinding after heat treatment, and has a strong hardenability, good dimensional stability characteristics, suitable for making high-precision long-life cold mold and thermoforming Plastic mold.

For metal stamping die, drawing die, stainless steel sheet punching die, high hardness punching die, cutting knife mold, Roll Die, metal parts production, machinery manufacturing etc.
5. Features:
a. Good processing, heat treatment size stability.
b. Excellent machinability.
c. Excellent dimensional stability when hardened.
d. After hardening and tempering, the high surface hardness match well with the toughness of the body.
6. Delivery condition:
Surface: Grinding surface, black surface, turned surface and milling surface according to customer's requirements.
For abundant stock, 15-20 days.
For customized products, 30-50 days.
7. Packing: We provide Standard export packing or according to customers' request.
8. Terms of payment: 30% deposit T/T and the balance by L/C at sight, or T/T
