Process of Vegetable Selecting Cutting Washing Machine
Picking and conveying → vegetable cutter → lifting and feeding (to vegetable washing machine) → cleaning and decontamination
1) Selection conveyor: mainly used for pretreatment inspection and selection of materials, processing of intact materials, and sending them to the next process.
2) Vegetable cutting machine: double-head work, used to cut vegetables into slices/strips/filaments, with large output and adjustable cutting thickness speed.
3) Lifting machine: used to lift the connection of vegetable leaves and vegetable washing machine, the belt tension is adjustable, easy to clean.
4) Vegetable cleaning machine: Combining the three cleaning methods of air bubble, circulating surfing and high-pressure spraying, it can clean vegetables in all directions.
