Powder Coating Line 

Introduction:
Powder electrostatic spraying equipment is mainly used for surface coating of products, including seven major components: pre-treatment equipment, powder spraying system, painting equipment (or powder spraying system), curing furnace, heat source system, electric control system, suspension conveyor chain.
The powder spraying system in powder electrostatic spraying equipment is composed of large and small cyclones + filter element recovery safety device, which is a powder recovery safety device with faster color change. Litone, the core component of the powder spraying system, is recommended to use imported products, and auxiliary equipment such as powder spraying room elevators to choose Phirst series products.

1.Powder coating booth

There are 3 different material for the booth - Galvanized sheet, SS201 minor stainless steel, Plastic material. 
1. This tunnel powder coating booth has 2 working station on each side, which is convenient to observe the spraying of aluminum profiles or pipes on both sides and supplement them in time
2. It has slots with 3-6 auto guns on both sides at the same time, meet the spraying requirements of different daily output
 

2.Powder coating oven

The heating methods of the oven are generally divided into three types: electricity, gas and LGP. In combination with the spray and suspension characteristics of aluminum profiles, we usually recommend Gas Oven.
According to different site conditions and temperature requirements, we will design frame type pass-through oven and frame type bridge oven. An insulation layer of no less than 10cm is installed between the walls of the oven, supplemented by a stable transmission system, Italy burner, and an intelligent PLC temperature control system, so that the temperature inside the entire oven is uniform and the baking effect is remarkable.

3.Suspension conveyor

The suspension conveyor is the core part of the powder electrostatic spraying equipment. It is the transmission system of the industrial assembly line and the spraying assembly line for transporting products. The work instructions are opened and closed by electrical control to meet the automatic transmission of products at each station and store them in parallel in the next area. cool down.

4.Cyclone secondary recovery

The cyclone recovery system takes the powder sprayed by the electrostatic spray gun, and the part that does not reach the workpiece is brought to the inside of the large cyclone by the airflow generated by the exhaust fan. The powder with larger particles is separated in the separator and falls on the vibrating screen. After the vibrating motor vibrates the sieve, the powder after removing impurities falls into the powder return group, and returns to the powder box through the powder return pump and powder delivery pipe for reuse. Effectively reduce the waste of powder.
The powder that has not been separated in the large cyclone is sucked into the secondary recovery, and the filter element in the secondary recovery isolates the remaining powder from the air, and discharges the purified air into the workshop.

5.Powder coating machine & Reciprocator

The automatic powder coating machine is usually used with the reciprocator. By sweeping and spraying up and down, the workpiece is evenly sprayed, which is suitable for a large number of large-scale spraying and can maximize the daily output. Suitable for epoxy powder, metallic powder, PTFE powder, etc.

The automatic powder spraying machine has two different types of control cabinets - centralized control cabinet and PLC control cabinet. Select according to different automation requirements.

All Litone auto powder coating machines can use with line, such as, Flex, PHIRST, K1, PGC1, OPT02, TCL-3, etc.
