Composition of the equipment:
Furnace body, gas injector, liquor atomizer, burner,air blower, electric control system, waste gas surge tank, air preheater, waste heat boiler, cooling air valve, cloth bag dust collector, exhaust fan, chimney, the fuel supply line and control, waste gas conveying control system, waste liquid pipeline system, etc.
Process flow description:
The incinerator is a cylindrical lining refractory equipment. Burner ignition automatic, make furnace temperature increases slowly. Open gas transmission systems and waste liquid pipeline when the temperature reach 800 ºCapproximately, exhaust gas and waste liquid join into furnace for burning, the use of automatic temperature control system makes furnace temperature was kept on physical complete combustion condition, achieve the effect of non-toxic, harmless, smokeless, odorless and complete combustion, the high temperature smoke go into the air preheater heating oxygenating air, and then go into the waste heat boiler cooling and produce steam for factory use, the cooling flue gas mixed with the fresh air from the cooling air valve, make the flue gas temperature less than 250 ºC stability and go into the cloth bag dust collector, the dust collector will collect smoke dust. Note: this equipment is not suitable for burning sulfur, halogen class and flame retardant material, organic matter concentration is not the explosion limit inside.
