1. Iron plate: the thickness of the top iron plate can be used for 0.8-1.0mm, and the thickness of the bottom iron plate

2. Stainless steel square pipe (support pipe) : tube wall thickness can be selected from 0.8 - 1.2mm, size is 

recommended to use 40 x 40mm, 50 x 50mm, 60 x 60mm (our company), 70 x 70mm or 80 x 80mm.

3. Stainless steel round pipe (hanging rod) : tube wall thickness can choose 0.5 - 1.0mm, tube diameter is

Remark: for indoor use, 201 stainless steel is recommended.For outdoor or coastal areas, 304 or 316 stainless

Surface Treatment

1. Iron plate

1) The conventional color is powder coated with semi-gloss black, high-gloss black, matte black or frosted black.

2) Paint is used for special color, and paint can also be used for gradual color.

2. Stainless steel square pipe and round pipe

1) Conventional wire-drawing surface, or according to the need to choose mirror, sand or sandblasting, keep the 

original color of stainless steel.

2) Other colors can be electroplated, such as gold, rose gold, bronze, etc.

Disassembly Structure

1. This underwear display rack contains stainless steel and iron materials. Iron materials need powder coating, while 

stainless steel does not need powder coating.

2. The packaging volume of the assembly structure is twice that of the disassembly structure, and the disassembly

Double-sided display

One-side display

1. Billboard shape

1) Top billboard: the original design adopts rounded rectangle, or ellipse or other specified shapes.

2) Middle billboard: the original design is used rounded corners, squares, circles or other specified shapes.

2. Advertising

1) Cover of PETG: transparent PETG with a thickness of 1-2mm can be used as the cover and fixed with 2 or 4 advertising decorative nails. Insert four - color printing PVC advertising board or cardboard ads, can be replaced at any time.

2) Screen printing: screen printing advertising content directly onto the billboard, but the content can only choose fonts and simple patterns, which costs the least.

3) UV printing: direct UV printing of advertising content on billboards is more flexible than screen printing, and the font and pattern can achieve luminous and three-dimensional effect.

4) Advertising light box: use acrylic advertising light box instead of metal billboard. The acrylic light box can be silk-screened or UV printed on the advertising content, which is more eye-catching. And the power cord is hidden in the stainless steel square tube, will not affect the beautiful display frame. If use the advertising light box, it is suggested that the clothing display rack is near the power socket to facilitate power supply.

1. Tool-free mounting rod

M4 screws with length of 30mm are distributed on the surface of the supporting square pipe, and the length of the screws is recommended to be within 20mm-40mm.And the hanging rod is embedded with fittings with thread, which can be fixed on the square pipe without tools directly and disassembled conveniently.

2. I-Type hanging rod

The original design length is 200mm, the size can be customized according to needs, and the recommended length is within 150mm-300mm.

3. T-type hanging rod:

The original design length is 435mm and the width is 135mm. The size can be customized according to needs. It is recommended that the length be within 300mm-500mm and the width within 100mm-200mm.

4. Anti-skid cap

A round cap 4mm larger than the diameter of the hanging rod is welded to the end of each hanging rod to prevent the goods from sliding from the hanging rod. The diameter of the round cap is recommended to be within 3mm - 6mm.

1. Connection with the support tube

Insert the support tube into the bottom, insert threaded fittings in the support tube, and lock screws into the threaded fittings of the support tube from the bottom for fastening.

2. Height of bottom

The original design is 55mm, and it is recommended to be within 30mm-60mm for aesthetics.

3. Put adornment

The bottom is a bigger rectangle plane, can put the adornment such as shoe, flowers and plants above bottom.

4. Contact with the ground

1) Direct contact with the ground: when moving, the display rack should be lifted by force, otherwise it will scratch and make a harsh sound due to mutual friction with the ground.

2) Add adjusting feet: adjust the distance between the display rack and the ground to prevent scratches between the display rack and the ground, and prevent moisture.
