TDW-S SERIES Slag REMOVER/Coagulant uses the self-developed technology, swelling the raw materials in proper temperature and chilling the heated material.

USAGE&DOSAGE
The usage result of slag remover coagulant depends to a great extent on the correct use method.
We recommend that engineers or workers must strictly control the usage amount.
The process of adding slag remover coagulant is the process of removing slag and is also the processing of slagging to the metal liquid.
When amount the of usage is too much, the slag remover/coagulant can also change to nonmetallic impurities, thus increasing labor intensity and extending the time of removing slag.
To avoid the above problems and give full play to our slag remover/coagulant effect, please minimize the amount of usage.
Normally the application amount is no more than 1.2 litre per ton.
