Usage
It is very easy to use and less usage amount, cost saving.
It is very easy to use.
Firstly, you should scatter the slag coagulant
over the molten metal before pouring it when it is used in the furnace;
Then pick the slag out after it coagulated. If used during the casting, you should scatter the slag coagulant
over the molten metal after the ladle fulfilled.
Please repeat the above if there is too much slag.
Usually the application rate is 1-1.5kg per ton molten iron; it depends on various slag content and quality of castings.
Scatter the product over the molten metal after deslagging, it will spread and cover the surface.
It descends along the pouring and doesn't stick or hang the ladle.
After pouring pick the covering out or keep it on the surface of the molten metal to preserve heat.
