Application objects:
1. Resin: phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, nylon, polyurethane, unsaturated polyester, alkyd resin, acrylic ester and natural rubber, butylbenzene rubber, chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, PE, PP, PVC, SBS, etc.
2. Fillers: talc, kaolin, mica, silica, wollastonite, glass fibre, Al(OH)3, Mg(OH)2, metals and their oxides, etc.
Product Characteristics:
1. Widely used in composite materials, optimise the compatibility between polymer and inorganic materials in composite materials; significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties of composite materials, such as tensile and flexural properties, as well as thermal properties, electrical properties, water resistance and so on. Especially suitable for glass fibre reinforced thermoplastic and thermosetting resins such as: PP, PVC, PC, PA resin epoxy resin, phenolic resin, polyurethane, polyimide, melamine resin, at this time, the amount of KH-550 use: 0.2-1.0% drying and activation temperature of 105-120 ºC after treatment.
2... This product can be used as a new generation of double amino modified silicone oil and a variety of silicone super soft finishing agent raw materials. After KH-550 treatment of modified silicone oil on the fibre affinity is greater, can give a variety of fibers super soft, smooth, drape, anti-static, washable anti-wrinkle effect. 3. This product in nitrile - phenolic structural adhesive, polyvinyl butyral - phenolic adhesive, polyurethane adhesive hot melt adhesive, add 1% or even less of the amount of solid content, this product can make the bonding of the adhesive. This product can increase the bond strength by 60% to 100%. Adding KH-550 to polyurethane sealants and plastic melt sealants can make the sealants obtain long-lasting adhesion to other substrates such as glass, masonry, metal, etc., and it has excellent stability and high elongation in terms of weather.
4. It can be used as adhesion promoter in paint and ink to improve adhesion, reduce curing temperature and improve corrosion resistance.
5. It can reduce the amount of resin in silica sand, improve the strength of mould sand (about 30%) and reduce the gas emission when used in casting industry.
6. In magnetic materials, it can improve the dispersion adhesion of magnetic powder particles in plastic and rubber magnets in organic matter, so that the magnetic particles have a higher orientation. This results in better magnetic properties, improved mechanical strength, weather resistance and easy dry processing of magnetic materials.
