The purpose of the channel letter coil pre-straightening system is to prevent coil deformation, which prevents the coil from becoming stuck during processing. Its user-friendly design also reduces labor costs significantly.
Two sets of fixture clamps are built into the top and lower mechanical feeding hands to prevent feeding slide. The precision of the final 3D channel letters is substantially guaranteed thanks to the servo drive, premium ball screw, and linear guide arrangement, which make the feeding more smooth and feature a higher efficient and precise feeding.
Strong and built to accommodate both large and small three-dimensional letters with sharp corners are the telescopic bending arms. It bends trimless, reverse, halo-lit, and trim cap 3D sign letters well and is adaptable and simple to adjust for varied channel letter coils.

Additionally, the saw blade is only intended for use with aluminum coils-thick or thin, as desired. Bender software is simple to modify.
