Description:
Berberine is a quaternary ammonium salt from the berberine group of benzyl isoquinoline alkaloids of berberine, which exists in berberis (such as berberis-berberis, berberine turmeric, Mahonia auifolium-Oregon-grape, Hydrastis canadensis-goldenseal, amurense-Amur cork tree, Coptis chenensis-Chinese golden thread, Tinospora cordifolia, Argemone mexicana-pricky poppy and Eschscholsia californina-Californian poppy. Berberine is usually found in roots, rhizomes, stems and bark.Berberine
