1. Check before installation
Before installing the sealing ring, check the sealing surface to ensure that it has no cracks, burrs, dents and other defects. At the same time, the sealing surface should be cleaned, and the sealing surface should be wiped clean with a wiping cloth dipped in a solvent that can be dissolved by tetrafluoroethylene to ensure that the sealing ring can work normally.
2. Installation method
There are two main ways to install the combined sealing ring: plane seal and diameter seal. Before installation, it is necessary to confirm which sealing method is used to ensure that the sealing ring can fit perfectly with the sealing surface. When installing, attention should be paid to keeping the center line of the sealing ring symmetrical with the axis, and uniformly installed along the circumference one by one.

3. Confirm the seal working status
After installing the K combination seal ring, it should be confirmed that the seal working state is correct. Check that the sealing surface is in full contact with the seal ring, and that there is a suitable pressure, and that the seal is tight. 4. Precautions during operation

2. Cleaning and maintenance
In order to ensure that the K combination seal ring can work normally, it also needs to be cleaned and maintained.
