Production description:
This equipment is a two-in-one machine that uses time pressure method for filling and sealing (referred to as constant pressure filling and capping machine). It is suitable for syrups, mixtures, oral liquids, lotions, etc. in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, beverage and other industries. It is used for filling and capping tinctures, wines, beverages or other solutions, and can also be combined with other machines to form a production lin
Filling principle:
Constant pressure filling mainly uses clean compressed air to fill materials into containers in a closed pipeline within a certain period of time. The materials are transported to the filling part through compressed air or liquid medicine delivery pumps in the batching tank at constant pressure.
Filling part:
This filling method is a new filling mode that can realize filling from liquid to products with a certain viscosity. After the bottle is transported from the front bottle conveying track, the filling head is inserted into the bottle for positioning filling. The filling part uses the time pressure method for quantitative filling. The filling system mainly consists of a filling system, a vacuum system, a material buffer tank, a voltage stabilizing control system and various pipelines. The material buffer tank mainly plays the role of temporary storage of materials. The pressure stabilization control system mainly controls the balance of the pressure and liquid level in the material buffer tank. The vacuum system mainly controls the material foam not to overflow during the filling process and the material after filling. The dripping and filling system mainly functions to fill materials into each bottle.
Threaded capping part:
The capping part adopts four-knife planetary floating rolling mechanism, the rolling knife can adjust the height and angle respectively to ensure the capping effect, the capping qualification rate is high, the capping head structure is simple, and the service life is long. The rolled bottles are sent to the bottle transport track by a specially designed bottle outlet star wheel, which in turn puts the bottles into the bottle storage tray.
The Lid breaker adopts a large-capacity electromagnetic oscillator, and the lid track is integrated molding processing, which has beautiful appearance, stable lid conveying, and is not easy to deform. The Lidbreaker is installed on the main frame of the equipment, no serial position, and the appearance is more beautiful.
The rolling knife is made of high corrosion resistance, high polishing pre-hardened plastic steel, which has excellent machinability, excellent corrosion resistance and excellent polishability, longer service life and better capping effect.
Working procedures: unscrambling, conveying cap, feeding cap, hanging cap, glanding, four-knife lock screw-rolled cap.
Adopt four-knife screw-rolled cap, first pressing and then rolling, double-knife lock mouth, double-knife screw cap, the locking force can be adjusted arbitrarily, the spin-rolling sealing is good, and the service life is long.
