Xinchang Great Wall Air Condition Parts Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise specializing in manufacturing cooling air condition parts and heating and ventilating equipment. Currently we employ 159 staffs among whom 45 are senior and medium level managerial and technical personnel. Based on our strong product R & D ability and batch production capacity, we have accumulated capital asserts RMB 8.75 million and realized annual sales volume RMB over 30 million. Located in High and New Technology Industrial Park, Xinchang Country (Zhejiang Province), our company covers an area of 14800m2 with manufacturing factory area 8300 m2. The company is near Xinchang Exit of Shangsan Highway and 104 National Highway with convenient transport.
Our major products includehousehold air conditionassorted pipelines and parts, central air conditionassorted pipelines and parts, vehicle air condition assorted pipelines and parts, ice machine evaporator, kitchen deep freezer use evaporator and condenser, and other cooling air condition parts. Our products are manufactured for many regular cooling air condition manufacturers and are sold far to countries and regions including Europe, America, Middle East, and Taiwan.
The factory mainly produces components of refrigerating air-condition, including three series: Home air-condition, central air-condition, auto air-conditionmore than two hundred parts and accessories: One-way valve, pipeline filter, steam and liquid separator, electromagnetic valve, copper pipe liquid storer, silencer, distributor, filter and filtering screen parts, forked pipe, copper connector and nut, copper pipe connection, two-way throttle, profiled pipeline, accessory box, and Evaporator of ice machine etc. These products are directly supplied to manufacturers of refrigerating air-condition, and are exported to Europe, America, Middle East and Taiwan, etc.

In 1999, the Heating and Ventilating Equipment Factory introduced the superconductive heat exchange technique used in aviation and spaceflight, and organized the hi-tech team to research and develop automatic-control drying equipment of high efficiency, energy-saving, clean and environmental protection. The team successfully developed gas-burned superconductive hot air dryer, open type superconductive and economical dryer, superconductive hot air drying cabinet, multi-layered flap dryer, and other hot air drying equipments. These products are mainly applied in medical, food, paper-making and furniture industries for drying. Characterized by high-efficient heat conductivity (heat efficiency >90%), energy-saving (40~60% energy saved), and environmental protection (causing no air pollution), many products have got the title of national patents.
With complete quality management system, we passed ISO9002 at the end of 1999 and passed ISO9001: 2000 re-check this year. In June 2006, we brought in ISO/TS16949 quality management system. Additionally, we plan to pass the certification of the third party in March 2007.
As AAA Level Credit Enterprise and Contract Stressing and Credit Keeping Unit, we have been enjoying good reputation for years. We were also awarded Shaoxing High & New Technique Enterprise, Science & Technology Private Enterprise and Credit Private Enterprise.
