Product Description

Concrete penetration resistance meter mainly uses manual penetration resistance method to measure concrete setting time. Suitable for all kinds of cement, admixtures and different concrete mix ratio, different temperature environment of concrete mix, setting time test. The appearance design is light and beautiful. Using the lever principle, the measuring needle force is directly read by the instrument, which makes the test convenient and accurate. Products comply with GB/T50080, Ministry of Communications JTJ053 standard requirements.

Iii. Operation instructions:
1. Place the instrument on a horizontal platform.
2, connect the power supply, press the "power" key on the digital display panel, the digital display window will display the number. After 10 minutes of power on, the digital display value automatically tends to "0".
3, select the appropriate injection needle. 350N corresponds to the initial penetration resistance (that is, 2~3.5Mpa, then use 100 mm2 penetration needle); 1000N corresponds to the intermediate penetration resistance (that is, 3.5-20mpa, in this case, use 50 mm2 penetration needle); 560N corresponds to the final penetration resistance (that is, 20~28Mpa, in this case, use 20mm2 penetration needle).
4. Fill the mold with concrete samples to be tested and put them on the bottom plate of the instrument after smoothing.
5, adjust the penetration depth.
One method of the concrete penetration resistance meter is to measure the distance X between the lower end face of the penetration needle and the upper plane of the test material (note: X should not be greater than 5mm, otherwise the penetration needle should be appropriately lowered), and then adjust the distance between the lower plane of the fixed length nut on the top of the instrument and the upper plane of the "cover" to 25+Xmm, and then tighten the screw cap to lock the 25+X length.
Another method is to press down the handle so that the lower end face of the injection needle is flush with the upper plane of the test material, and then adjust the fixed length nut on the upper part of the instrument, so that the distance between the lower plane and the upper plane of the "cover" is adjusted to 25mm and lock this length, and then loosen the handle.
The actual penetration depth of the above two methods is 25mm.
6. Test. First, press the clear key on the digital display panel to clear the initial value of the sensor, that is, clear zero. Press the test button again to enter the working test state, while the first light (test light) on the digital display board is on, hold the handle and turn downward, so that the process of the penetration needle contacting the test material to the deepest position (25mm) is controlled in about 10 seconds. At this time, the digital display appears a peak, while the second light on the digital display board (peak light) is on, read the display value of the digital display device, make a record, and a test is completed.
At the initial setting, 1 cm2 injection needle was used, and the calculation formula was: P=N÷100 (MPa);
For final coagulation, 0.2cm2 injection needle is used, and the calculation formula is: P= 5N ÷100 (MPa).
