Veterinary Autoclave is designed to sterilize materials used in medical facilities, veterinary laboratories and veterinary pharmaceutical plants. Using steam as sterilizing medium, autoclave steam sterilize has been designed for rapid, efficient sterilization of thermal and moisture stable materials and immediate use. The Animal Instrument Sterilizer has pre-vacuum, gravity, leak test and routine gas stripping test cycles.
Veterinary autoclave is used in veterinary laboratories to sterilize cages, cultures, fabrics, equipment, etc.
Autoclaves are an integral part of veterinary practice and are at the centre of the infection control process. Cage uses steam as a disinfectant - steam disinfection of thoroughly sterilized veterinary instruments is safe and effective in the temperature range 220°F to 275°F for surgical and non-surgical instruments.
Features:
1. The rectangular cavity eliminates the waste of space and the occupation of vertical doors, which accounts for a smaller area and a larger capacity.
2. Door switches ensure that the door is completely closed and locked before the cycle begins. Cycles cannot start until the door is completely closed and locked. The door cannot be opened or the pressure in the chamber exceeds 0.15 bar during circulation.
3. Chamber and jacket are made of solid stainless steel. The interior surfaces are sandblasted glass for easy cleaning.
4. Cabinet insulation can retain heat and minimize the heat loss of the room. Sterilizer jacket and all steam service lines include at least 1″ mineral wool insulation.
5. Pipes, fittings and valves are made of stainless steel.
6. Equipped with landing loading basket, flexible loading system, suitable for various cargo requirements.
7. Standard steam sterilization cycle exhausts through heated 0.2um hydrophobic filter
8. Various stages of the sterilization cycle and before the completion of the sterilization time and temperature setting.
9.F0 cycle calculates sterilization time according to load temperature and exposure time. These calculations are based on pre-determined set points. The result is reduced exposure time. Ensure sterilization effect.
10. Control system safety features include: multi-level user safety, continuous jacket, chamber and drainage temperature monitoring. If the loop is outside the parameter range, an audible condition alert is acknowledged and logged
